** NOTE ** Hosting packages are a yearly contract so will be up for renewal
in 12 months! Domain name (if required) will be required for renewal typically
every 2 years..
As always, hosting is scalable to your needs. Take It Online have a price
structure to reflect the size of your store to your hosting requirements.
Support
TIO understand that not every customer is web savvy, therefore we are more than happy to answer the most basic of questions relating to getting your store online. We also offer rapid response hosting support via our support email system 24/7.
Training
TIO offer easy to read documentation on how to use your new online store including all administration aspects. We can arrange further training if required at a further cost either via email, Skype or a personal visitation.
Maintenance
TIO understand that once you online store is fully functional you may require further adaptations, added functionality or expansion. TIO will continue to offer cost effective solutions to cater for your needs and requirements.
